About Instructional Materials Service (IMS)

IMS is a service unit of the Department of Agricultural Leadership, Education and Communications at Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas. Services performed by IMS personnel include curriculum and special project development, in cooperation with Career and Technical Education personnel, mainly Agriculture, Food and Natural Resources Education and Transportation, Distribution & Logistics Education staff from the Texas Education Agency.

IMS works closely with career and technology student organizations–FFA and Texas SkillsUSA–and with various state and national teacher and student organizations.

This Educational Excellence Website for AFNR and TDL is part of a Texas Education Agency (TEA) grant-funded project. The goal of this site is to provide career and technology information to AFNR and TDL teachers, parents and education professionals throughout Texas and nationally.
